Hi all, well as you probably have found out by now its probably been about 4 weeks or so since we've actually returned to England. The last few days of our trip was fantastic. The hotel where the camp was kept was beautiful and we had about 20 kids to work with which was far more fun. We also developed the program fuller with an ice breaker upfront gag each session and good times of worship and fellowship with the kids. Unfortunately our main translator was unable to make it, but one of the western kids' skills were so impressive he was able to translate for us, so we made a point of rewarding him for his skills.

The final evening we were there a talent show was hosted, and we were asked to do a skit. We did this sketch where one of us was a director whilst the other two were actors. The idea was to run a scene over many times and each time we would do it comically. So one time we did it really fast, another we did it really slow, another we did it really sad and another really happy. The funniest part about all of this though was the sketch was me saying "Father, I am sick, so sick!" And Matt playing my Father. We later found out though that the word "sick" in Turkish is slang for a man's private parts! So this was a little bit embarrassing but extremely funny!

So we returned home the next day, and all was well. The flight was delayed but it wasn't a problem. However within two days of getting home, I suddenly came down with a sickness, and have been ill ever since which has not been fun! So I haven't made it back to uni properly yet, have had many struggles with sickness and am waiting for a miraculous healing really! SO that's the update, hope your all well.
