Day 1 of my trip to Texas! And I'm shattered! I actually have no idea how long I've been up, but I went to bed at 2 UK time, woke up at 6....its now 1040pm Texas time, which makes it about 4:40am back in the UK! So yeah, pretty good reason to be tired! Upon arriving, I discovered, that it is incredibly hot! Around 33 degrees....soo yeah, interesting temperature! So today has been about getting my head together, attempting to recover. The flight was fine by the way, apart from the Stewardess trying to set me up with a girl sitting a row down from me!
Anyway, today was a party for Jo and Matt (two guys I know from texas already), who graduated yesterday. There were several slide shows shown, but the what stuck in my mind was the journey these young men had taken from birth. Many people shared stories, and each one of these, was special, and reflected how the smallest action can have an affect.
On a different note, found out today the Chidren's camp thats "just up the road" is about 4 and a half hours, so would appreciaete prayer that my bowel would be calm and behave, in fact just pray God's healing nad his week.
RIght, I would write more, but I'm falling a sleep at the keyboard, so its not good!
God bless,
Rich
